It might be common knowledge that eating vegetables its the way to go. However, there is a way in which you can not only ruin their nutritional value but sabotage your diet as well: Pouring Sauce on your VEGETABLES!

That’s right – not using the right kind of sauce or dressing to season your veggies is a huge mistake and could be the number one reason that you’re not losing weight!

So, how could you enjoy calorie efficient and nutritional meals without sacrificing flavor?

Below are my 3 top tips:

1. Always get the dressing or sauce on the side.

2. Dip the fork on the dressing/sauce before getting food – instead of dipping the food in sauce.

3. Use lemon, lime, vinegar with a pinch of salt and pepper when possible!
