Try my favorite hummus recipe:

  • 2 cans drained chick peas
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbps extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 lemons juice and zest
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Preparation is easy:

Mix all ingredients in a blender and voila!
