Lateral Side CRUNCH!! Ab Exercises
Enough with the CRUNCHES!! Well, not really! That’s just how I feel every time I’m done with my Ab Exercises routine. But, the truth is that aside from a few planks and balance moves here and there, if you truly want to get rid of the muffing top…then you gotta crunch those abs!

Lateral Side CRUNCH!! ADD IT to your WORKOUT RUTINE!<br /><br /><br />
No matter what they tell you: abs are made in the kitchen..bla bla! Abs are a combination of proper diet (everything in fitness is) and the right form of training. And, when it comes to ab exercises: it’s all about them CRUNCHES!!
But, I do gotta tell you that when it comes to crunching:
Here’s the thing: Abdominal fibers go in different directions and you should train them all. For that reason, today we’re switching it up!
  1. Stand with feet together
  2. Holding dumbbells
  3. Lower your right arm while keeping your chest open
  4. Maintain shoulders facing forward as arm reaches knee level (or close to it)
  5. Engage opposite side to return to standing position

Sets and Reps:

Perform 4 sets of 25 reps on each side.

Remember, abdominal fibers go in different directions therefore you should train them all. This is just one of the many ab exercises that you should be including into your fitness routine.
