You been trying to tighten the butt and get rid of the excess fat around the legs with no luck? You’re NOT alone. There are so many leg exercises out there that finding what works it’s just not easy. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to show you what really works and help you get results once and for all!
And, when it comes to blasting the fat around the butt, there’s one exercise that you MUST add into your routine: Single Leg DeadLifts. This exercise requires a little balance but once you get a hang of it, then you’re going to see sudden changes in your body.
Step #1: Stand with feet together while holding dumbbells
Step #2: Engage abdominals and lift one foot off floor
Step #3: Slightly bend other knee
Step #4: While keeping back straight, hinge at the hip and lean forward allowing dumbbells to reach past your knees
Step #5: Engage gluts, hamstrings and abdominals to return to starting position
You should feel this exercise on the back of your standing leg (hamstrings and gluts area)
Be careful with the lower back – make sure back is straight and abdominals are engaged
Reps & Sets:
Perform 3 sets of 20 reps on each leg
Remember, for better results you should always focus on proper form. it IS ABOUT QUALITY and NOT QUANTITY!
