one of the secrets that most fitness girls know
that others don’t…
4 to 6 egg whites
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 splenda (or brown sugar/honey)
Mix well, put it on a skillet and voila!
Hehehehhe….that’s why I love it!
It’s easy to make, healthy and delicious
Use fruits, sugar free maple syrup and/or organic marmalade for topping =)
