Protein Power Pancake Recipe
As promised, here is the yumilicios Protein Power Pancake Recipe.
Not only is this one of my favorite recipes, but it is also the most popular amongst my clients. These protein pancakes are healthy, delicious and guilt-free….you’ll love them!
3 egg whites
1 serving of your favorite flavor whey protein powder
1/2 cup oats
1 tsp baking powder
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stirring until well mixed. Then, put a non-stick over medium heat. Pour in desired amount of pancake batter and cook until bottom of the pancake has browned and flip. Serve warm and top with fruits.
