Let’s work on the back of the arm, the flab. So if you want to get rid of that and you want to be able to have long, lean-looking arms, very sexy, tight and toned without the bulk, then this is one of the best arm exercises for you. It’s a tricep dip with a little modification. We’re going to do single legs. You don’t need any equipment. It’s just simple bodyweight. You can do this at home or at the gym.

I want you to just place your fingers facing forward, palms on the floor, and you’re going to lift your hips all the way up, bring your feet together, your knees together, and we’re going to bring one leg up, hold it right there, and bend at the elbow. Now try to make sure the elbows stay facing the back wall and they don’t open out to the side because this really how people get injured, especially at the shoulder area. So you want to be right here, keeping that leg straight. It’s going to force you to work on the hamstrings, the glutes, the quads, and also your triceps. This is where you’re going to feel it the most.

Okay, we’re going to do 15 reps right there and then we’re going to switch sides, 15 reps more. Once you’ve finished your 15 reps, you’re going to rest for 15 to 30 seconds and then you’re going to start again. So it’s 15 of each leg, rest for 15 to 30 seconds, and do that four times.
