Reto del Dia: De Mama a Mamacita! // Challenge: “From Mommie to Hottie”

Amigas aqui esta el Reto del Dia: De Mama a Mamacita!  Un circuito para Tonificar Brazos, Eliminar los Rollitos de la Espalda, Pecho (esos que se salen cuando el sosten queda muy apretado) Endurecer Piernas y Encojer Cintura! – Completa 4 Series de 1 minuto por cada Ejercicio (en cada lado)…sin descanso!  Asegurate de calentar antes de empezar y estirar al culminar!!


Challenge: “From Mommie to Hottie”  A Circuit to Tone Arms, Eliminate Bra Fat (The one on chest & back) Tighten Legs and Shrink Waistline! – Complete 4 Sets of 1 minute per Exercise (on each side)…with NO REST!  Don’t forget to warm up at the beginning, Stretch at the End! Challenge: 1. Take a Selfie or Video during or after working out (you can use the app PicPlayPost) 2. Upload and include #DeMamaAMamacita @AdrianaMartinFit and@Despiertaamericatv in the text 3.
