Working out in the morning...is it worth it!

Who want’s to wake up earlier every morning

to make it to the gym?

or get a “home workout”?

When you can stay in bed a little longer

and drag yourself out when the alarm goes off

You can watch a little more tv,

drink an extra cup of coffee

and get all that  “fake energy!”

Why make the effort?

To start your day

with the word health on your mind…

boosting your endorphins

and getting a natural high!

Feeling like you’re on top of the world

and well accomplished when you’re done!

Why bother?

To burn a little extra calories in the morning

and build the body of your dreams..

Is it worth it?

I don’t know…you tell me!

  4. and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
